About the research group

Nephrology and renal transplantation

Our research group is dedicated to explore the immunomodulation and molecular mechanisms underlying kidney and vascular diseases using in vitro and in vivo models. Our focus extends to investigating how cells undergo metabolic adaptations in response to microenvironmental conditions. We use to collaborate with leading national and international teams.

 

About the role

Learn and contribute to develop models (in vitro, in vivo and computational) of renal diseases.

Our institute

IDIBELL is a research center that integrates the biomedical research of the Bellvitge University Hospital (HUB), the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO), and the University of Barcelona in the Bellvitge Campus (UB), and the Viladecans Hospital (HV). The research focuses of IDIBELL are cancer, neuroscience, translational medicine and regenerative medicine.
