Psychoneurobiology of Eating and Addictive Behaviours research group.

 

About the role

Conducting neurobiological research in the field of eating disorders and behavioral addictions linked to different research projects of the research group including: participants’ recruitment and evaluation, database management, projects’ management and monitoring, reporting and presentation of results in various media (such as congresses and seminars), and writing scientific papers for publication in scientific journals.

 

Job requirements

Professional experience

  • Clinical experience in the field of eating disorders and/or behavioral addictions
  • Participation in research projects
  • Collaboration in research groups and/or research networks
  • Scientific publications in indexed journals
  • Dissemination of scientific results in congresses, seminars, and other kind of scientific meetings


Education and training

  •  Degree in Medicine, specialized in Psychiatry



Technical & soft skills

  • Training in research related to the field of eating disorders and/or behavioral addictions
  • Knowledge in management of biological samples
  • Management of clinical databases.
  • Elaboration of scientific articles
  • Ability to present scientific results through various means of dissemination
  • Teamwork skills in the design and management of research projects


Languages

  • Proficient in professional or work-related English
  • Spanish, native or bilingual

Our institute

IDIBELL is a research center that integrates the biomedical research of the Bellvitge University Hospital (HUB), the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO), and the University of Barcelona in the Bellvitge Campus (UB), and the Viladecans Hospital (HV). The research focuses of IDIBELL are cancer, neuroscience, translational medicine and regenerative medicine.
