About the research group

The People Management Unit manages all the procedures related to the work environment of IDIBELL workers, as well as the personnel affiliated to the institution, ensuring compliance with current labour legislation. The unit is in charge of developing and implementing hiring, compensation and conciliation policies, among others.

 

About the role

Main responsibilities:
• Administrative management of personnel: initial hiring, renewals, terminations, contracts, affiliations, terminations, data variation -TGSS
• Follow up contract signatures, between HR and employees, and ensure archiving both physical and online
• Human resources management processes: licenses, maternity/paternity leave, vacation and leave calculation, breastfeeding, reduced working hours
• IT Registration / Termination processing and coordination with INSS and mutual society
• Management of incidents, consultations, and work procedures. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• Management of personnel justifications for research projects
• Participation in the development of projects related to people management (work in remote, job descriptions, HR Analytics, conciliation, etc.)

 

Job requirements

Professional experience

  • Minimum 2 years as Human Resources Administrative/Technician


Education and training

  •  CFGS in Administrative, Labour Relations or similar


Technical skills

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • ERP System: A3Nom/A3Innuva
  • Good knowledge of Sistema Red, Siltr@, TGSS, AEAT, Delta/Conta, Contrat@, and 190 and 111 models


Languages

  • Good command of the English and Catalan languages

  • User of Fundanet
  • Understanding of the public funding and research ecosystem

Our institute

IDIBELL is a research center that integrates the biomedical research of the Bellvitge University Hospital (HUB), the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO), and the University of Barcelona in the Bellvitge Campus (UB), and the Viladecans Hospital (HV). The research focuses of IDIBELL are cancer, neuroscience, translational medicine and regenerative medicine. Research, innovation and society are the pivots on which researchers work every day in order to improve the quality of life of citizens.
