About the research group

Preclinical and experimental research in thoracic tumors (PReTT)

The Oncology Data Analytics Program (ODAP) was created in 2019 answering the needs of the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO) and IDIBELL for a unique program covering the genomic cancer research, bioinformatics knowledge and resources to support the institute in oncological data handling, analysis and research. By applying state-of-the-art bioinformatic tools and analysis, the program reaches their main objectives in cancer prevention and early detection of cancer. The program is divided in three subunits: Unit of Bioinformatics for Precision Oncology (UBOP), Oncology Outcomes and Biomarkers and Susceptibility Unit (UBS).
