About the research group
The IDIBELL Legal Services Unit provides comprehensive support on legal issues in research-related matters to scientists, partners (ICO-Hospitalet, HUB, HV and CSI) and IDIBELL management staff.
About the role
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and highly motivated Data Protection Specialist to support IDIBELL Legal Services Unit.
The successful candidate will coordinate the implementation of current legislation and will advise the organization on the management and compliance regarding personal data protection.
The candidate is expected to be kind, organized, service-oriented, multi-tasking, collaborative and fun-with-people. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Our institute
IDIBELL is a research center that integrates the biomedical research of the Bellvitge University Hospital (HUB), the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO), and the University of Barcelona in the Bellvitge Campus (UB), and the Viladecans Hospital (HV). The research focuses of IDIBELL are cancer, neuroscience, translational medicine and regenerative medicine.
